Grown, processed, packaged in Finland using PEFC/FCA certified Finnish birch as a growing substrate to create a potent Shiitake liquid extract. Fully organic.
KÄÄPÄ use industry leading Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology – the UAE methodology breaks down the mushroom cell wall made of chitin. Chitin is a strong material that can be partially broken with alcohol extraction, but to fully extract those precious compounds (e.g. triterpenes), we need technology.
Ultrasonication produces high yields of bioavailable compounds. meaning that these mushrooms have the highest ingredient bioavailability.
Note : Produced using only the mushroom fruiting bodies, which is the base for an honest mushroom product!
